Join runners, riders, volunteers and Fraser Valley’s Run For Water community for a special night of entertainment for all ages in Mill Lake Park as we kick off the 2024 Run For Water Event Series. Featuring food trucks, live music, & more!

DAY 2: Run For Water (5/10K)

9am - 2pm
Sunday, May 26, 2024
Mill Lake Park, Abbotsford


Starting and ending at Mill Lake Park in central Abbotsford, these two events attract over 1,000 casual and competitive runners of all ages and abilities.

  • • $500 buys you one prime 10’ x 10’ vendor spot near the start and finish line for 2 days!

    • Overnight security is provided.

    • Plus, show your support for clean water in Ethiopia!

  • We will provide one 10’ x 10’ spot near the start and finish line for 2 days.

    Please bring your own:

    • Tent

    • Tables

    • Electrical/power

    • Anything else needed (water, trash bin, etc.)

  • Set up:

    • You can drive into the space for set up.

    • Time: 11 am-2 pm, Saturday, May 25

    Take down:

    • No vehicles allowed during take down.

    • Time: 2pm-5 pm, Sunday, May 26

Ready to Book?

What we’ll need from you:

  1. A signed agreement. Event Village vendors must sign an agreement by May 10, 2024.

  2. A cheque or payment information within 30 days of signing an agreement.

  3. Primary contact name and contact information at your organization for any inquiries.

Remember! Booths are offered on a best-efforts basis. If you have questions about hosting a booth, contact us right away – we want to make sure you’re feeling appreciated.

We won’t cancel events unless conditions are unsafe, but attendance can depend on weather conditions.
