Who is this for?

Families

Our challenges are designed to be family friendly and fun to complete. Whether it’s with a stroller, lots of little steps, or a family friendly race for bragging rights – there’s a challenge designed to work for all of you.

Individuals

If you are looking for a personal challenge without the need to track your progress, our non-competitive challenges are a great way to motivate yourself while keeping it simple. Just don’t forget to post yourself completing the challenge!

Casuals

Never walked 5km before? Or maybe you’re new to running? No worries! Completing one of our challenges is a great activity for a fun day out in the fresh air, and no pressure. Keep us updated with your posts, and enjoy the weather at your own pace!

How to take part:

You can do one, a couple, or them all!

A beautiful scenic loop trail around Mill Lake. Some modest ups and downs. This route is dog friendly (leashed), pavement trail that is great for strollers.

Fraser River 5km

Fraser River boasts beautiful views of the river while giving you a popular, dog friendly (leashed), experience on fine gravel. Strollers should do fine on this trail.

Albert Dyck 5km

Looking for a more quiet trail? The Albert Dyck 5km is the one for you! This loop is dog friendly, has less foot traffic, but is still equally as beautiful!
